Satish Jindel, President/Principal Consultant
Satish has worked in the transportation/logistics industry for 25 years. His industry experience includes having a major role in the successful start-up and expansion of RPS (now FedEx Ground) into a nationwide package carrier. Satish has managed numerous assignments for SJC clients on: corporate turnaround, industry benchmark studies, new products and services, and valuation on M&A deals for strategic and private equity investors. He has correctly forecast many industry trends.

Satish is frequently quoted in national and local media, and has published numerous articles. He is a regular guest speaker at conferences. Satish has three masters’ degrees from The University of Pennsylvania including a MBA from the Wharton School.

Robert Persuit – Senior Consultant
Robert has 20 years experience in the transportation and logistics industry. During his ten years at SJC, he has handled numerous consulting assignments on strategy, pricing, operations productivity, industrial engineering and customer facing technology. His industry experience includes management positions with Emery Worldwide/Menlo Logistics and RPS. Robert is a graduate of The Ohio State University with Bachelor of Science in Mathematics.
